Meal Planning Assistance
Price includes an initial virtual meeting where I get to know more about you, your life and what you like to eat each day. We will talk about the foods you eat each day and each week, or what you want to be eating each day that can get you to your goals. I will then send you a 1 week meal plan with 21 meals all based on the foods that you want and like to eat but they will be more nutrient conscious. This approach allows you to see that you can be in control with confidence and make great choices for yourself each day!
Upon purchase you will be able to download a digital food questionnaire so that we can get to work immediately on your nutrition!
