Personalized Strength Training Guide
Workouts that are made with you in mind. Whether you workout at home or in the gym I will create a custom 4 week strength training guide with the equipment that you will or want to be using to help you achieve the results you want.
This encompasses all ages and all fitness levels.
Upon purchase you will immediately receive a digital copy of an intro full body strength training workout with a demo video and instructional pictures. You will also receive two cardio videos that are less than 30 minutes long, with me leading you through them.
Also included; two core workouts with me leading the way for you that are less than 7 minutes each.
*All of my workouts made for you will be 45 minutes or less. With most between 35-40 minutes for strength training.
Within a few hours of purchase you will receive an email from me to schedule our consultation so that I can get to know your goals, where you will be working out and what equipment you will be using. We will go over if you are trying to gain weight, lose weight, gain muscle, tone up or any combination of those. This should take about 20-30 minutes and can be done virtually. We will also discuss any limitations you might have with previous injuries or current painful joints etc.
Once the consultation is done expect your custom guide within 7 days to be emailed to you for you to keep forever.
