Each session will last 45-60 minutes from warm up to cool down. Whether you choose to workout at your home or mine you can expect a
workout involving all equipment listed above, as well as core strengthening and functional training involving using body weight only.
Nutrition Services
Grocery store tours - $25 learn the layout, how to navigate quickly to the most nutrient dense foods, includes helping you make good buying decisions by looking at food labels, finding foods that fit your lifestyle.
*45 minutes, prorated $10 every 15 minutes after 45 minutes
Meal planning assistance- $150 for 21 meals, several snack and dessert options. All based on what you like to eat. Virtual Consultation and questionnaire included to get a picture of what you like to eat and what you would like to change. This is your daily diet overhauled and perfected so that you can see the results you want!
Nutrition Coaching - $40 per check in (every 7 days) includes a free initial 10 minute virtual consultation, weekly questionnaire and a food dairy included for us to exam together during check ins. Check ins will last about 25 minutes.
The information you will learn in weekly check in is really invaluable because you will learn more about yourself, how food makes you feel and finally have the freedom to eat with confidence!
Meal Planning Assistance
Price includes an initial virtual meeting where I get to know more about you, your life and what you like to eat each day. We will talk about the foods you eat each day and each week, or what you want to be eating each day that can get you to your goals. I will then send you a 1 week meal plan with 21 meals all based on the foods that you want and like to eat but they will be more nutrient conscious. This approach allows you to see that you can be in control with confidence and make great choices for yourself each day!
Upon purchase you will be able to download a digital food questionnaire so that we can get to work immediately on your nutrition!

Weekly Nutrition Coaching

Price includes initial 10 minute virtual consultation, along with an immediate digital download of a food journal and questionnaire for you to write in each week. During the weekly check ins we will go over everything together, virtually! You will also get a short email from me each week reviewing your food choices and giving you more insight as to how you can change them.
Check ins will last about 25 minutes.

Personalized Strength Training Guide
Workouts that are made with you in mind. Whether you workout at home or in the gym I will create a custom 4 week strength training guide with the equipment that you will or want to be using to help you achieve the results you want.
This encompasses all ages and all fitness levels.
Upon purchase you will immediately receive a digital copy of an intro full body strength training workout with a demo video and instructional pictures. You will also receive two cardio videos that are less than 30 minutes long, with me leading you through them.
Also included; two core workouts with me leading the way for you that are less than 7 minutes each.
*All of my workouts made for you will be 45 minutes or less. With most between 35-40 minutes for strength training.
Within a few hours of purchase you will receive an email from me to schedule our consultation so that I can get to know your goals, where you will be working out and what equipment you will be using. We will go over if you are trying to gain weight, lose weight, gain muscle, tone up or any combination of those. This should take about 20-30 minutes and can be done virtually. We will also discuss any limitations you might have with previous injuries or current painful joints etc.
Once the consultation is done expect your custom guide within 7 days to be emailed to you for you to keep forever.
