Have you tried every workout fad that there was and still didn't see the results you wanted? The thing is those popular workouts that you can stream anywhere, anytime aren't necessarily bad BUT they aren't built with you in mind. Everyone has different goals, wants a different outcome and with my style of personal training I make workouts that are made for YOUR body. I like women to focus on how working out and nourishing your body makes you feel. I don't want to focus on things that some consider negative such as weight or size in clothes. When we focus on the positive outcomes of daily movement and getting stronger, things seem a little easier and then results start to show. I want to focus on your strength, getting you stronger and nourishing your body with food while still enjoying all your favorites. Life is meant to be lived, not restricted! I have worked with clients in all different stages of life, from 17 years old up to 70 years. My previous and current clients enjoy barbell training with me, general strength training and strength training paired with physical therapy.
All new clients get a complimentary 30 minute meeting prior to our first workout so that I can get to know you a little better, what you enjoy and dislike about physical activity. This helps me develop workouts that are personalized, can be more enjoyable for you and help you achieve the results you want {If you put in the work}.
Expect your workouts to be roughly 45-60 minutes long, bring some water and your best attitude!
