What is LIFT WITH SUSAN?
I realized a long time ago that instagram was filled with workouts that didn't help women get the results they were searching for in the first place. So I created LIFT WITH SUSAN to fill that gap and it's for women only. Where women of any age or fitness level can learn how to lift weights safe and effectively at home or at their gym. Fitness without fear is my motto for my training business and I am carrying it over to this community.
What do we use? Mostly Dumbbells and resistance bands for the at home workouts but if you have access to ;
